Years ago, at MTV, I was asked to work on an interview with Johnny Cash. Johnny passed away just two weeks later. The clips that made it to air were good, but the full interview is beautiful.
Through a collaboration with Ayse Erginer at the Center for the Study of the American South, the interview has just been published in the Southern Cultures journal, and I'm so happy to see it resurface!
